I can’t say enough good things about Cody. After having to let go of a previous contractor halfway through a job, I had a very tough time finding someone who could step in and handle the complex project that was left unfinished. Cody took on the challenge without hesitation, and his professionalism and flexibility made all the difference. Despite the unexpected issues that came up (most of which were out of his control) he stayed calm, problem-solved effectively, and kept us on the timelines we had discussed. He was extremely reliable, communicative, and very reasonably priced, especially considering the amount of troubleshooting and extra work required. Cody is a great communicator and a hard worker. He replaced our deck last summer during a week long torrential downpour. He put a tent up in our backyard to continue working through all of it! He completed the project in a timely manner and we have had him since come back to construct lattice to enclose beneath the deck. We already have him scheduled for the spring to replace our front stairs. Highly recommend!
